3rd Annual Scarecrow Decorating Contest

Presented by Friends of the Waverly Public Library. Deadline for entry is September 14 and Scarecrows are to be displayed in Salter Park on the light poles from September 15 - 21. The winer will be announced on Saturday, October 12, during the The Salter Park Fall Fest.
